Relaxation is helpful and can relieve stress and anxiety. I have included a session on how to do this. I hope you enjoy the video. The demonstration shows you how to tense and release muscle tension, which relaxes your body. It can even send you off to sleep, the technique is that relaxing.

These types of exercises are better done when you're going to bed, in bed, before you go to sleep, or when you are stressed during the day and have several minutes to relax.
